The arrival of V11 earlier this week saw the debut of “Bid Manager” – offering safe and secure multi-site and multi-user access to a centralised bid response tool. For the first time ever, you can now find, bid for and win opportunities all in one place.

Completely unique to Tracker, Bid Manager allows you to access essential tender documents directly from Tender Alerts and searches, upload and work on winning responses, track progress and collaborate with anyone, anywhere, at any time – all at the click of a button.

Bid Manager has been added to all Tracker subscriptions completely free of charge.

What else has changed?

In addition to Bid Manager, “Biz Check” has been added to Tracker Spend Analysis. Biz Check will provide even more financial analysis on your competitors with access to supplier company information including an overview, filing history and key personnel.

We aren’t stopping there though – we’ve made even more new improvements to keep Tracker at the very centre of your business development plans:


  • Market Leads – We’ve published more than 12,000 market leads over the past 12 months and you can now access the most relevant leads faster and maximise your sales pipeline with our new 12-month market lead view.
  • Access – We’ve enhanced the Tracker dashboard layout (which is now completely customisable) and improved your notice format and layout – which means you can now get the key user-friendly information that you need ‘at a glance’.
  • Search – Tracker sourced and published over 1 million contract and award notices in the last 12 months. We have made it easier for you to find relevant opportunities with enhanced search functions and instant access to the opportunities identified.
