Following Brexit in 2020, above threshold contract notices in the United Kingdom must be published on the Find a Tender service (FTS), a new UK e-notification service that replaced the Tenders Electronic Daily (TED) in the OJEU after the transition period. EU Directives dictate that public sector contracts worth more than €140,000 (central) and €215,000 (local) must be advertised across the whole of the EU and the European Economic Area using set forms and rules which are laid out in the Public Procurement Regulations.
