Eddie Regan

Eddie Regan is BiP Solutions Principal Procurement Consultant, with over 38 years’ experience working within the procurement marketplace.

He frequently assists public sector organisations with clarification and interpretation of the Public Contracts Regulations, as well as a wide variety of other legislative issues.

Eddie is the senior consultant on BiP's Procurement Advice and Support Service and has provided advice on contracting matters to hundreds of public and private sector clients, both through training and hands-on consultancy.

For the last eighteen years Eddie has also lectured regularly on procurement policy and processes at conferences and events, both on behalf of BiP and for a variety of other organisations.
